Terms and Conditions for placing Classified adverts with Hullusedcars

1. To place your car for advertisement with Hullusedcars costs the general public £1 per car. This is only applicable after a six month period from the start of the website. It is free to use until the introductory period of the site is complete. Once your ad is placed with us, you will receive a confirmation e-mail by return.
2. This site is available for the public and trade use. To place a car if you are a private owner, costs £1 per car, and is available to you only if you submit a photo of the car. To pretend to be a private advertiser if you are a trade advertiser is illegal. If you are a trade advertiser, and wish to use this site, contact us at admin@hullusedcars.com and we will send you our terms and conditions for trade use.
3. Advertisements will appear on the site immediately after they are received and processed, and will stay on the site at the discretion of Hullusedcars. There is no reasonable limit to how long your car stays on the site, and you can alter your ad if your car does not sell quickly. The same £1 charge covers any alterations you make to your ad, i.e. it will only ever cost you £1 per car to advertise with Hullusedcars.com
4. At all times, the advertiser is solely responsible for electronically submitting the advertising content to the Hullusedcars site and the contents and details of any of the advertising content provided to Hullusedcars. Hullusedcars will not be liable or responsible for checking the advertising content to ensure it is correct, accurate, complete or that it does not contain any errors. Hullusedcars will not be liable for any errors, mistakes, or omissions made during the electronic submission, processing and/or posting the advertising content to the Hullusedcars site.
5. Hullusedcars may delete any advertising content from the Hullusedcars site or refuse to post any advertising content to the site if the content of any advertising is obscene, blasphemous, defamatory, or infringes the Intellectual Property Rights of any third party, and if such advertising content does or is likely to breach any applicable law or regulation.
